Hugo is a wood and stainless steel credenza built around wooden chevron-shaped legs. It gives the piece a unique lightness and plays with gravity, making it seemingly stand solely due to friction. The construction sparks curiosity and adds a dimension of wonder.

CONCEPTUAL IDEA
Gravity as a play ground.
The point of interaction between a piece of furniture and the floor is both its most essential and most silent feature. By engaging with gravity, we can spark visual interest and provoke curiosity.
INSPIRATION
Subtlety as a language.
Design is about shaping environments and the objects that inhabit them. Creating a feeling within a space is as much about presence as it is about absence.
